Draws from 900-year-old Song celadon traditions of floral relief under glaze
One of the few ceramic editions blending minimalist design with historical crackleware
10+ hours from shaping to high-fire glaze, including slow cooling to form natural ice veins
Inspired by blooming petals and organic symmetry, this plate captures a modern, minimalist take on traditional Longquan celadon. Its finely traced crackles symbolize natural beauty and imperfection, turning each meal into a mindful ritual. The floral pattern gently emerges from beneath the translucent glaze, creating visual depth reminiscent of pressed flowers in porcelain.
Each plate is crafted using lead-free materials and fired at over 1300℃ for lasting durability. Its micro-glazed surface resists staining and cleans effortlessly, perfect for daily use and elegant table settings.
Handmade using traditional Longquan techniques, this piece begins with refined local clay, then undergoes a multi-step process including carving, bisque firing at 800℃, and high-temperature reduction firing at 1380℃. The signature cracked glaze forms naturally in the kiln, making every plate one-of-a-kind.
Crafted in Longquan, Zhejiang Province—a town with over 1700 years of ceramic heritage. Our artisans are trained in ancient celadon techniques, passed down through generations and adapted for modern expression.
Rooted in Imperial Ceramics Traditions
This piece draws from the heritage of Longquan celadon, one of the Five Great Kilns of the Song Dynasty. The cracked glaze technique, once treasured in royal courts, is a hallmark of this ancient art.
