Shipping Policy
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing within two to four business days. During peak seasons, or for certain handmade or heritage-based items, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders are shipped internationally, and delivery times vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and selected shipping method. On average, international delivery may take between seven and twenty business days.
We provide tracking information as soon as the parcel is shipped. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses, courier disruptions, natural events, or customs inspections. In the event of customs-related delays, we kindly ask for your patience, as such matters are outside our control.
Customs and Import Duties
For international deliveries, customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes may apply according to your local regulations. These additional charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the parcel. We recommend consulting your local customs office in advance if you have concerns about potential charges.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns in most cases, provided the request is made within seven calendar days of delivery and the item meets the return conditions. Because each product may differ in nature—some being handcrafted, custom-made, or limited in availability—the specific return eligibility is noted on each individual product page. If the product is returnable, it must be sent back in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with the packaging intact and without any signs of wear, stains, odors, or alterations. Items that are returned in a state unsuitable for resale will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns must be initiated by contacting us within seven days of delivery. We will provide you with return instructions. The shipping cost for returning items is generally the responsibility of the customer. In special cases—such as shipping errors or defective products—we may offer assistance or reimburse shipping costs after review and mutual agreement.
We do not accept returns for custom-made items, personalized products, or special edition releases that are explicitly marked as final sale. These items are made in limited quantity and cannot be resold or reproduced once sold.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within seven to ten business days, excluding the original shipping fee. If the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item or a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to correct the issue, either by replacing the product or processing a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within three days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and respond with the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Final Remarks
Please do not send returned goods without prior communication. Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded. All return addresses and procedures will be confirmed via email after your request is approved.
